PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

A 40% non-refundable down payment is required to secure your spot in the queue. The rest is ideally required before your suit is complete. Your placement in the queue will largely depend on how quickly you pay off your suit, if you stop payments you will be pushed back. If you’d like a refund and your suit has not been started, you can be refunded everything except 30%. If you’d like a refund and your suit has been started, you will be refunded according to how much work has been completed, we reserve the right to finish and sell your suit if this is the case. After the suit is complete, there is no refund option.
I reserve the right to terminate your commission with or without prior notice. The following would be considered grounds for termination if you in any way try to: Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten me or otherwise violate the rights of others, including, without limitation, others’ privacy rights or rights of publicity.

COMPLETION AND DEADLINES

At this time, I do not accept deadlines. I do, however, try my best to get your suit done as soon as I can. Completion time varies depending on; communication timing, when we receive your duct tape dummy, the character you're commissioning, what comes up, among other things. Failure to keep up on payments, or not sending a DTD will push your project back.

REPAIRS AND REFURBISHMENT

If you notice any issues upon receiving your suit, I am happy to fix them. If the issue is caused by user error or being rough I will charge for repairs, it is recommended that each customer learn basic hand sewing so they can repair any minor problems that happen over time.

ALLERGY WARNING

I operate in a home with pets, so if you are allergic to any animals please keep this in mind when commissioning us.

PHOTOS

I reserve the right to post photos of your complete suit on our website and other pages. I gladly give permission to each customer to use photos of their suit at their disposal. All other parties do not have permission to repost or use any of our pictures in any way.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

I do not work with anyone under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, I will happily work with your guardian. Proof of age is required upon commissioning us.

CANCELATION OR DESIGN CHANGE

As stated above, 30% of the full cost is non-refundable. If you would like to cancel your commission contact me immediately and from there we will resolve the issue fairly, and as quickly as possible.

If supplies are ordered and work is already started; we can not guarantee all changes can be made. The addition of fur colors, changing of species, etc. are examples of changes that can't be made. Before commissioning me, be sure you are satisfied with your character design.

CONCEPT ART

In order to bring your character to life, I require a 2-view reference sheet. If there are any hidden markings on the reference sheet, it is your job to let me know before I start work so the completed suit is accurate to the character.

SIZING

A Duct-Tape-Dummy (DTD) is required for any full, or body, suit commissions. Please make sure you use painters coveralls and strong duct tape. The quality of the suit and how well it fits you largely depends on how well the DTD is made. If you plan or think you're going to lose/gain weight before your commission, please wait to make the DTD until it is needed.
